Originating from the Cusco Valley in the Andean highlands of Peru, close to the famed Machu Picchu, this true Chuncho cacao is ‘the rarest of the rare’.  Without the addition of any sugar or milk, this is chocolate in its pure form.  The flavour is certainly intense, with a hint of dried flowers and grass.
