Archuaco Businchari 82% is produced from the first and only cacao to come out of the Sierra Nevada national park. Arhuaco “Businchari” means a “new beginning” of an ancient cacao culture, which was disrupted hundreds of years ago when Colombian settlers cut down the cacao in the mistaken belief that its ultra rare white beans were diseased.
