An abolute treat!  The cacao used for this bar is rare chuncho cacao (from the Cusco region of Peru).   Farmers here have cultivated cacao for many centuries and the Chuncho cacao is much prized amongst chocolate makers worldwide.  This incredible bar contains only cacao, cacao butter and organic sugar, yet evokes memories of eating freshly baked spiced tea loaf with Grandma.
