When we think of chocolate growing, we don’t necessarily think of Vietnam.  But it is here that two Frenchman, Samuel Maruta and Vincent Mourou have made their chocolate making home.  In a country with such a rich culinary heritage making chocolate here seems to be proving an excellent decision.  Marou sources beans throughout Vietnam and the names of their bars indicate the different provinces.  Their bars have quickly gained a reputation amongst foodies throughout the world and we are delighted to stock a selection of their bars on our list.  We think they will particularly suit the New Zealand palate with their distinct honeyed aroma and taste.  The bars look beautiful and taste incredible too (Check out the videos below).  All Marou bars are guaranteed gluten, soy and dairy free.Marou - bars
