Laura Atlas is the owner and sole chocolate maker of Kiskadee Chocolate, currently sold at Farmer’s markets in her home state of Texas. There is a ‘craft chocolate revolution’ happening in the USA and Kiskadee is a fine example of this. We have just received Kiskadee’s very first export (New Zealand is the only place she is selling outside the USA and we are her only international supplier). We are delighted to be part of this exciting venture. Her new bar from Puerto Rico is a great find. This chocolate is cultivated on a small family farm. The Cacique Bean from which it is produced creates a rich and diverse chocolate bar.
