Fruition Chocolate is a joint venture between experienced pastry chef Bryan Graham and his wife Dahlia.   Whilst holidaying here in New Zealand in 2011 they made the decision to make & sell craft chocolate and today we see them running their successful Chocolate workshop from Shokan in the Catskill Park (New York).   Their chocolate is made from fair trade and organically grown beans, from the Dominican Republic and Peru and consistently receives high praise from the industry.  We are delighted to be their New Zealand stockist.
