As true foodie entrepreneurs, Simon & Marge have proved it is possible to be inspired by a Radio programme all about chocolate one day and within 2 years to be receiving an Academy of Chocolate Award (Bronze Winner, 2015).   Based in Gloucestershire, an area we know well, they source beans direct and make them into incredible chocolate, hand wrapped and outstanding in quality.  Theirs is truly a family run venture, with the help of a few local friends.  Their Cuckoo bar is well worth trying.  Inside the box is 2 individually wrapped bars, one dark 72% the other 50% milk.   It shows the flavour profile of fair trade Venezuelan cacao from the Mantuano region and how it changes when milk is added.
